Package problems
I got a pump for my car.. the pump never came but the saler say it’s nothing they can do cuz the part say it was delivered.. witch I never signed for and it never came to my door.. what can I do

Mentor8 months agoTake the tracking down to the carrier and have them check their GPS system to see where exactly the item was delivered. If not to your address, they should attempt to retrieve the item. If it was to your address, it may have been stolen by a porch pirate. File a report with the police as well as your homeowners insurance.
