Package not shown as delivered

Question

I sent out a package and some how it made it all the way to the customer without being scanned. The customer did receive the item but my eBay is still saying it has not been shipped so my funds are still on hold. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Does the order have the tracking number?

You'll get paid sometime 30 days after delivery, even if it's not tracked.

If you wish, you can gently encourage your buyer to leave feedback for you. (Being too pushy can backfire.)
