Package not recieved
I am having one help of a time with an item I didnt recieve. Seller was able to provide tracking info (delivered by UPS) that says someone named Steve signed for my package. I did not recieve the item; no one named Steve would have recieved the item at my address. The sellers placed a restriction on the item so I am unable to file a claim with UPS. I have no idea what to; the seller has stopped responding/ helping once ebay closed the case.
