Package not received- very confusing information
Hello,
The Very Kind seller shipped a package with UPS. Tracking # 1ZY3922Y0365098754. It shows as "delivered" today at 11:08AM. However, I did not receive this package. Security camera footage does not show any delivery today.
I contacted the seller to let them know. They were very kind and gave me a "logistics number" and showed me a photo proof of delivery. The photo shows 2 packages on the porch, but the photo is not from today. The photo shows it was sunny and dry; today is was raining all day in Oceanside. The photo is definitely and positively my home. What is a logistics number?
I called UPS customer service, who said that the tracking number I gave them does not match the name and address of the destination. The zip code does match, however. They told me to contact Amazon, because the package was generated from Amazon. I told them it was purchased on ebay, but they had no more info for me. In addition, they refused to help me any further.
I don't even know what to do next. This is such a strange situation.
