Package not received
I need help. My package never arrived and I can’t get a refund. I am also a seller on ebay and this is very frustrating. I tried to start a return but then closed it becuase I don’t actually have the package. Now it says the sellers account is inactive.

When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received (NOT a return). The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
For the future...understand that once a case is closed, it cannot be reopened.
