Package not deelivered

Question

I ordered a bottle of Pooph - it was delivered to a "Package Locker" - what is a package locker??????????? Is it at the Post Office?

it was finally delivered by FEDX sans any notice it was coming from them!!!!

Or they can leave you a card, and you have to sign the card and the mailman will deliver the package the next time he comes by. Or you can go to the post office and present the card to a clerk and receive the package across the counter. If your mail is delivered to a post office box, the parcel locker is there at the post office, somewhere in the lobby. I get my mail at what they call a "cluster box" on my street. That's a construction of twelve different keyed boxes, that serves twelve residences along the street. Then, farther down the street, there's another cluster box that serves the next twelve houses, and so on. In these cases, the parcel locker is right there alongside the cluster box.
