Package never received. Delivered to wrong address by Fed Ex.

Question

I have a question about an order that I never received. Fed Ex delivered the package to the wrong address and when I did some checking I found where the package was delivered. I went by the place, and they could not find the package. I have called Fed ex; they were no help. When I try to look up my order in my history I can't find it. I did email the seller but never had a reply. I have the order number, item number and the e-mail when I bought it and where it came out of my bank. I am kind of l...

It sounds like you purchased this item as a guest. From the confirmation email, log out of your eBay account and do any steps.

1) First, call the Fedex to see if the tracking number label contained your name and your address.

b) If your name and address weren't on that label, ask the Fedex if they will put this in writing.

Using any documentation INCLUDING your order number from the confirmation email, follow the rest of the steps :

2) Then, report the seller using this process

Important, select "The seller has violated one of eBayâ€™s policies"

then "Other"

Explain that the seller is using fake USPS tracking numbers

Include these phrases

Seller uploaded tracking not associated with my transaction
Tracking details were not accurate
Seller used a false tracking number

Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.

3) Finally, contact Customer Service and inform them that the seller uploaded a "false tracking number" on your purchase. Request a refund.

Just sent a private message to the page. Explain you have a fake or false tracking number situation.

Let me know how this goes, I've been burned a few times myself (including on Amazon), but I have been able to get a refund following this process.
