Package never arrived. eBay help is non-existent!!! No way to contact anyone human. Their call back doesn't work, but they have no trouble sending texts to the same phone number. What a scam this is turning out to be.

There is no reason to contact Ebay customer service.

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request.
