So something I bought never arrived, I appealed, Ebay says case closed. I'm just out $60? And can't even leave feedback?

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. A Buyer has 30 days from the estimated delivery date to request a refund. If you opened a case and tracking shows it was delivered to the address you provided to eBay, eBay would close the case.
You could try to file a claim with PayPal or your credit card.

OP2 years agoThank you. Ebay did close the case but as far as I know without evidence it was delivered (which would be hard to get since it wasn't). I'll try PayPal. Thanks for the suggestion.
