Package marked as delivered but delivered to unknown person.
Hello, I have ordered a book from Japan (I'm in Germany).
The package was handled by Fedex and delivered to some other address than mine.
I have opened a case with Fedex since two week, but nothing is happening.
Ebay closed my case, because they claim the package is delivered.
Fedex shows clearly that the package was delivered to a name that is not mine.
The book is quite expensive, so I don't understand why I have to pay for Fedex error. What can I do about that?
Note that Fedex Germany does not reply emails and the phone numberĀ is managed by a robot, impossible to speak to a human.
What can I do at this point?
