Package lost in the mail
Hello, I made a purchase but the package was lost in the mail. The seller (who was always very friendly) sends me the following message: "it was refunded back through eBay. Might check with them to verify it's going back to your account." On the other hand, Ebay tells me: "Your refund is on the way", but it's been three days and it hasn't been credited to my account. Can someone tell me what steps to follow. Thank you so much . Greetings

If it's past that then you need to contact customer service.
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
