Package hasn't arrived, Seller is not responding
My package hasn't arrived, so I made an appeal to get the seller to send it, still nothing after a few days so I tried to cancel the appeal and appeal for a refund instead.
The app really confused me and I did not know I can't do anything about the order after I close an appeal. Now the only option eBay is saying I have is to contact the seller to work out the solution but the seller has NEVER responded to me. The package hasn't even been deposited according to the tracking.
The order was quite expensive and all I want now is a refund, its all I ask for.

Not sure what you mean that you "made an appeal".
Did you file a Refund Request due to Item Not Received?

What is the estimated date of delivery as shown in the order details in your Purchase History? Has that date passed yet?

OP4 months agoI resorted to contacting eBay support and got a refund in the end now. Mission success
