PACKAGE FROM JAPAN DOESN'T TRACK OR UPDATE
Hello, i recently bought an item from a well reviewed japanese seller. I selected the free international shipping, and the seller provided a track number, but no matter where i use it, the track number doesn't give any information at all. The seller said he would sent it via Epacket to my country (Chile), and ebay marked it as shipped. When i put the code in JapanPost, it gives no results at all, but when i put it in USPS, it says that the label has been created, but no item has been given to them. Any ideas of whats going on? Thanks for the help in advance.

Also, tracking is not always helpful.
Focus on the estimated delivery date. Go to your Purchase History to find it. Is that passed with one day, you can start the option "item not received".
After 3 days no solution? Then you can ask eBay to step in.
