Package ended up in Carolina Puerto Rico??

Question

I had an item I sold end up in Carolina Puerto Rico that was meant to go to California. Since it arrived there it's been 5 days and now usps hasn't updated anything. ALSO, USPS is reporting technical difficulties when i type in tracking number now. Extremely suspicious. This was a high dollar sale, and never happened before. Has this happened to anyone else? It was supposed to arrive to buyer today, I'm stressing out terribly because this was a rare item and was a huge sale for me. Any feedback...

Can you go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped

Locate the transaction, click on the Order Details, and copy/paste the last line of the buyer's address, so we can see the city/state ?

I had some ebay supplies shipped from Las Vegas. Somehow, it went to New Mexico, Arizona, before it came to me in California. I suspect somehow the package ended up in the wrong bin and off the package went, until someone noticed.
