Package Delivery
Hello, I’m contacting you because my order shows as “delivered” in Chicago, but I live in Puerto Rico. I did not receive the package, and I have never been located in Chicago for this order.
Could you please check the shipping label and tracking information to see if the package was sent to the correct address? The tracking information appears to show delivery to the wrong location.
Please let me know how we can resolve this. Thank you.

Or could it have been delivered to Glendale Heights, Illinois ?
If it's Glendale Heights, Illinois, that is the shipping hub for eBay's International Shipping (eIS) program. Puerto Rico is included as a destination in the eIS program.
Yes, eBay does know that Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States of America, and that you are American citizens, and that you pay taxes, and that you have a representative in the US House of Representatives.
A few years ago, eBay added Puerto Rico as a destination in the eIS to give you and other buyers there some added protection for the delivery of your purchases.
If your package is in Glendale Heights, IL, it will be packaged into a larger container with other items to be delivered to Puerto Rico, and eBay will ship it on to Puerto Rico. There's probably a location, most likely in San Juan, where the container will be opened, and all the packages distributed for delivery to all the buyers.

Mentor1 week agoHmmmm. I think Carol Stream is also an eBay hub for eIS.
Perhaps it is a separate hub used only for Puerto Rican buyers.
If I were you, I'd keep looking at the tracking on that purchase. It should be forwarded at some time in the near future.
eBay probably did give you an Estimated Delivery Date. If you don't receive your purchase by that date, you are allowed to file an Item Not Received (INR) claim within 30 days after that Estimated Delivery Date.
