Question

Postal service said they could not leave package because they couldn't find secure location to leave package? Buyer, as far as I can tell hasn't made arrangements for another delivery time.

Hi @chleath_32

First, check the tracking history and if there is a USPS update stating delivery was attempted you are covered if the Buyer files a claim that they did not receive their item. You will just upload the tracking to the claim and will win the claim. As @wooden_flower mentioned they will either attempt to deliver again or most likely they left a note for the Buyer that they can pick up their package at the post office.

@chleath_32 Have you sent the buyer a message asking if he received the notice of the attempted delivery? Then I would wait a few days since lots of people are away this weekend.
