Package delivered to wrong house
My package was delivered to the wrong address. Because there is a North and South version of my street., I went to the opposite end of the street to see if that’s what happened, and it was. I asked the homeowners if they got my package (I had the FedEx photos literally showing my box on their porch), and they said no, someone must have “stolen” it. So then I contact the seller, I told them my package went to the wrong house and that I had photos proving it was the wrong residence. The seller never even messaged me back, and instead is asking eBay to review it. I can’t even talk to anyone at eBay directly so I am very annoyed and don’t know how I can even present the evidence I have that it went to wrong house
