Package delivered to wrong address
I have a dispute with a seller about a package that did not arrive. FedEx told me the tracking number the seller gave me was for a different address and a different person. I started a dispute on the 24th , the package was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd, eBay told me I had to wait until the 30th. So here it is 5am on the 30th and I have a message that my case is closed. Now I’m out $100 the seller said it was delivered to my address. So I call FedEx again asking for proof that it was not delivered here and they say they can’t help me. So what am I supposed to do now?

Mentor2 years agoThat's nonsense, FedEx will supply you with documentation that says your address does not match the tracking number. You need this document to submit with your appeal to ebay who is aware of this scam.
