package delivered to wrong address
I used the pre printed label provided by ebay and it was USPS Ground advantage. The package was supposed to be delivered to an address in Chicago but when I check the tracking info, it says Delivered, San Diego, CA - TENDERED TO MILITARY FOR FINAL DELIVERY. Its been sitting there for 2 days now. Anyone know what this means? What to do?
