Package delivered to ebay International Hub in Glendale, IL and not updated
Do you know how to contact eBay to check status of a delivery to their facility? It states that it was delivered to Glendale IL on 8/17 and there has been no movement since. Buyer lives in Brazil and has been patiently waiting. I have been unable to contact ebay and unable to open a case.

Does the tracking number show any new information? Any additional tracking number uploaded to the transaction?
