Package delivered but not shown in tracking
Hi everyone. I’m a seller and the buyer has received the package and provided feedback. However, the tracking does NOT show delivered. I have looked everywhere in the help section to get this item shown delivered. What can I do so I can get paid. Please advise and help me. Thanks

Mentor8 months ago@nickchristie-5 Since you are a fairly new seller you are subject to fund holds up to 30 days, sometimes longer, even when tracking shows delivery. You will receive the payout, it will just take 30 days.
Does tracking show delivery on the USPS site? If it doesn't show delivery on the USPS site then you can file a missing mail search and that will make the tracking update once the system error is corrected.

OP8 months agoFirst- thank you for responding. Yes, it shows delivered in the tracking breakdown but EBay still doesn’t recognize it as delivered. So I have to wait until the package shows delivered through the green dot tracking system drop down. Basically, the package was delivered. USPS did not scan it so it still shows that it’s being delivered but the tracking breakdown shows delivered but EBay is not looking at that just the green dot drop down tracking on the listing. I hope that I’m making sense.

Mentor8 months agoYou most likely are going to have to wait 30 days for the payout.
You can try contacting customer service but don't get too excited if an agent says they can make the payout process quicker, agents often say what a member wants to hear so they get a good rating.

Then Type PAYOUT . In the chat bot box on the lower right.
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
