Package delivered but not showing as delivered in tracking
Customer received the package, but the tracking in ebay says it never left the post office. How do i resolve this to receive payment?

As a new seller, you are subject to payment holds (usually up to 31 days). Once you've established yourself as a reliable seller, eBay will automatically lift the holds. Note that the holds may or may not apply to all sold items.
