Package delivered but not received
My packages were delivered to the person's back door even they admitted that it was delivered to their back door that claims it was stolen before they got home eBay started with a buyer even though I asked for a police report and never got one

Mentor2 years agoIf it got stolen after delivery, neither you the seller, ebay, or the carrier (unless negligent), are responsible. It is now up to the buyer to make a police report and/or file an insurance claim if his homeowners policy covers theft.

OP2 years agoI agree but eBay sided with the buyer and wanted me to pay the full refund including eBay fees of $273 for a total of $1970

Mentor2 years agoSomething wrong here. If tracking shows it was delivered to the buyer, you are off the hook for non-delivery and ebay will not refund. The only exception would be if you did not required signature confirmation for anything order over $750. So go check and make sure you had signature required when you created the label.
