Package damaged in USPS transit, box arrived empty, I’ll provide a refund, does ebay refund fees?
Package was delayed in transit, item arrived at the buyer missing from the damaged box. Sent item via USPS priority mail. I will give the buyer a refund, any advice on steps to take to recoup my loss?

Mentor5 months agoAs long as eBay did not have to force the refund you will get back your final value fees (but not any promoted listing fees).
