Package Cancelled By Sender
So on February 6th, I sold 2 separate Hot Wheels orders to a buyer in Spain. The item was shipped the next day. Well Fast forward to March 5th, i received a request from the buyer stating they had only been updated on one package. So i did some digging and it turns out that on February 25th it states, 'The shipment has been cancelled by the Sender". That is the only update I can find. It has already begun the process of returning the money to the buyer and I have negative funds in my account. EBay help center has no update, nor does USPS. So now I have lost the funds and the merchandise.
Any help is appreciated
