Package being sent all over with a mischief intent

Question

My package arrived but someone told the delivery person I don't live there and to send it back.

Apparently it's been sent to La New Orleans and other places. Originally it's from Texas.

At this point I don't want it anymore.

Customer care at eBay thinks I should wait patiently but am just not interested any more
