Package being returned for insufficient address
Help! My buyer is stating that he didn’t receive his purchase. When tracking package, it says package is being returned to me for insufficient address. How do I handle this? I'm a fairly new seller and haven't had any issues that I've had to contact Ebay about. Thanks in advance for your help!

When you receive the returned item, refund the buyer for price of item only. Then you can relist the item and if the buyer still wants it, they can repurchase the item using the corrected shipping address.
