package arrived but not scanned as delivered
Seller keeps getting emails from eBay that package has not been delivered.
Package WAS delivered but not scanned as delivered by postal carrier.
How do you inform eBay that package has arrived and should be removed from sellers "not delivered list" ?

Mentor1 year agoEither buyer or seller can click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Then look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updates to the tracking number. That should hopefully update the tracking to Delivered.

OP1 year agoPassed information onto the seller. That was 10 days ago. Have not heard back one way or the other.
No news is good news ?
