Package Arrived but Buyer Did not Receive

Question

I recently sold a product. I used eBay International shipping. The buy has told me that he received a notice that the package had been delivered, but he has not received. I checked and the eBay site does indeed indicate the package was delivered. What do I do in this situation where it appears the package was delivered to the wrong address? Thanks!

Thanks for the response. I'll let the buyer know. I always try to help my buyers and I hate to just tell them to go to eBay, but here I don't see an alternative. Thanks again. Much Appreciated.

@collector_store_522 you do nothing bc eBay takes care of all EIS buyer issues. if u want, u can let the buyer know this.
