Mentor5 months agoBuyer paid and you shipped. The package is coming back to you due to "non payment"? Is this an international shipment and the buyer is refusing to pay customs, or possibly a domestic shipment but arrived postage due and the buyer refused to pay the postage due? When you get the package back, you can refund the item price only.

OP5 months agoThis is Not international shipment. The payer, but the funds on hold, because the package has taken over 3 weeks to be delivered. The package had a Prepaid label on it. The postal service is saying the eBay sent the package. So my guess is that since eBay, put a hold on the funds that messed up the label for some reason. I don't know!!! All I know is that the post office is holding my package in limbo, because they haven't sent to anyone!!!

Mentor5 months agoI would go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Locate the transaction, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking. That usually will locate the package and send it on its way.
Placing a hold on your payout should have no affect on the package making its way to the buyer.
