Plz assist. Purchased 2 bowls more than 90 days ago -were shipped to location I was not able to get to st that time. When I retrieved the bowls last week, while wrapped and packaged well, 1bowl was chipped (clearly chip was in bowl prior to wrapping it). Seller said they will credit me for 1 bowl, but I need to ask eBay how…
how can this seller credit me for 1 bowl? Thx!

He can't - after 90 days, the seller has no access to the payment record. You also cannot exchange information with him, so he can't send you the money.
Your only option would be to open a dispute with your credit card issuer.
