Owed fee???
I received an email from eBay saying I owed the fee and asked me to setup my bank info. But, I didn't sell anything, why do I need to pay a fee? Someone tried to buy an activity table from me months ago. He requested while I was traveling. I didn't get back to him in time and he pulled his payment back. So, do you think this suspicious activity might be related to the fee?

As a seller however, you must comply with the requirements needed to process payments and fees. You owe fees on that failed sale that you didn't complete.
