ow can I request eBay protection when we know a buyer is lying?
How can I request eBay protection when we know a buyer is lying? They indicated they received the order, but that they received an empty bottle. I asked for photos of the spilled product inside the package, as well as photos of the box it arrived in and the label, but they refuse to send them. This is the evidence I need so eBay doesn't force me to refund their money. Can eBay force me to refund even though there are no pictures showing the product broke and spilled inside the box?

Mentor11 months agoDon't do anything until buyer opens a Return Request, which will require photos to open. If you want the items back accept the return and wait for delivery before refunding.
