Overseas warehouse block policy authorization
Hello!
I'm a new on eBay marketplace. I'm from Bangladesh and I have just created my seller account and I was trying to listing a product location with United States. My registered address is in Bangladesh. At the end of listing a product I'm noticed that my account is temporarily restricted and to remove restriction I got advise to submit letter of authorization to: whappeals@ebay.com
As a new seller please suggest me, how can I resolve this temporary restriction isssue.
