Overseas warehouse block policy

Question

I recently started dropshipping (from Pakistan) on eBay with CJ dropshipping and when listing the item I was told to first approve overseas warehouse contract with a signed agreement from cj dropshipping. I did it but it's above 2 weeks ebay did not approved it and I am sitting idol.

Experienced people, Please share your opinions and advice on this that can help me with this problem. It's taking too long!
