Twice this week and once in September, a USA listed seller from Israel sent a much smaller package to a vacant house across town, according to the Post Office, which can view the delivery details. Why cannot ebay see this tracking info, or at least respond favorably to the victims of these crimes rather than say that tracking proves delivery, and check with your neighbors. My neighbors miles away? And with the package weight not matching the weight of product? Bad enough that the states collect...
