Overseas purchase arrived damaged, seller is of no help, what to do next
I purchased an item from a seller in the UK. It was a ski suit, wasn’t packaged good enough for that long of a journey, a whole side of the box was split wide open resulting in the garment sustaining some serious damage. Brought this to the seller’s attention, said it was out of his hands since it was shipped with the Global Shipping Program & that I would have to contact eBay about this. So question is, what do I do next? Returning the garment is out of the question, I very much intend on keeping it. The damage can be repaired although it would have to be professionally done by seamstress. Thank you!

·3 years agoYour two options are to keep it and repair it or return for a refund.
If it was shipped through the GSP, Ebay would cover lost or damaged items during shipping.
