What is wrong nowadays wih the help desk ?
I have had three returns totally $900 ,they advise me that they would go in my favor due to ,some had been used ,one was a frduant claim fro ma Zero feedback person and so on.
Well ,I did what I was told by Reps and even muilable supervisors and it all backfired and eeryone was refunded and I lost he product ,Now they refuse to reopen the cases when i sent them Audio of the calls showing that their advise was completely wrong.
Do you need to pay $300 for the next store membership so I can get someone from Utah to address any further issues .
After 18yrs ,the past three months has been terrible service provided from ebay
