Overseas (Canada) Shipping problem
I have a customer who wants a set of books to be sent to Canada. We have the lowest price so he wants ours but when he attempts to pay for his order, ebay says we don't ship to Canada. The book listing in question shows the new ebay international shipping statement but all the research I have done over the past two months indicates that we can not have a single listing still showing the old international shipping option. How can we find the listings with this old option still turned on? Is the only option to go through 4 thousand listings one at a time to check for the old option? There has to be a better way--we're both completely computerized.
