Overpaying for cheap towels
I recently purchased 8 towels listed at $23.00 ea. I was charged $91.00. I received an order of $2.50 towels from Walmart the next day. When I complained to the seller she went on about that being their purchase price and all the things that add into it. Except I got that price straight from Walmart's online sales. That's what they charge for Mainstays basic towel. What should I do? I don't think I'll ever trust ebay again.

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
