Overcharging for shipping by fed ex and UPS
This is the 2nd time I was told my package was overweight for what I paid and both times it wasn’t a little off on what they were claiming it weighed, it was ALOT off. I have a postal scale and exact measurements after packaging so that this doesn’t happen. How can I report this so that it doesn’t happen again?
