Overcharged shipping by Post Office
I sent out 4 martini glasses and eBay contacted me that the post office said the package weighed 24 pounds. They took $35 out of my account. I put in a dispute with the post office 9/5/26 and haven't heard a word. There is no way 4 glasses weighed 24 pounds. Trying to contact eBay is almost impossible. Any help out there? Thank you in advance.

Mentor3 weeks agoIt sounds like the package incurred dimensional weight pricing. What was the weight and the dimensions of the package? If it exceeds 1728 cubic inches (12x12x12), carriers will charge by dimensional weight rather than actual weight.
