OP10 months agoI did but it doesn't tell me to call or ask for them to call me ?

Mentor10 months agoYou have to go through the automated system to get the call back option and that generally only happens if it determines it is a necessary reason to need to speak to customer service and not information you can find in the help pages.
If it's an issue with overcharged labels many here could likely assess the issue.

OP10 months agoYes but evidently it was my fault trying 4 other times unsuccessful until the last time, because I haven't been on ebay in 2 years & things have changed, thanks for listening....
