Overcharged for Shipping Label After The Fact
I shipped a long (but light) package that measured 7" X 49" x 6". The package weighed 10 lbs. Just the other day, I received an email from eBay that the package was 40 lbs, so I was automatically charged an additional $40 over and above the original cost of the shipping label for the extra weight that did not exist. Is there a way to remedy this?

Oversize is charged by increasing the weight charged.
