Overcharged for shipping
so I shipped out a package to my buyer and my buyer shortly after got a hold of me saying that the package was shipped back to me and sure enough it was shipped back to me. I noticed on my account that I had a very large shipping cost on my account and it was for the package that was sent back to me. The reason I found out that FedEx sent the package back to me. Is that when it reached the city it was supposed to go to for some odd reason they weighed the package at 161 pounds and the limit is 150 pounds so that’s why I got sent back to me. The weird thing is is that the package only weighs 24.1 pounds I was able to get my package mailed back off to my buyer without any incident however now I’m left with this over $400 overcharge on my account and I don’t know how to ask to get my money back or not be charged that money and I have like screenshots of the tracking and I’m also the guy at the FedEx gave me his card and also a copy of the new label that was made for the package
