Overcharged for shipping?
I bought a label from USPS for $4.74, later I find out I was charged $113.79, I contacted ebay and they gave me a revenue Ins. I'd. # and told me to get in touch with the USPS which I did, the USPS said that was a tracking #, but I needed the revenue Ins. Id #. I got back in touch with Ebay and they told me they never heard of that kind of #? I have talked to numerous agents , supervisors and etc. to no avail. The last ebay leadership agent told me she would send it to IT, and I would get that number. The next day I received a letter from her saying IT said there was no mistake and I as charged the correct amount! How is $113.79 for a package going to the next state weighing less that a pound that much, when the label I bought said $4.74, the whole order including shipping was less than $20. ?
