Overcharged for FedEx shipping – dimensions discrepancy
Hi everyone,
I shipped a package through eBay and paid $26 based on my label dimensions (26×26×11). FedEx measured the package as 27×26×13. eBay then charged me an additional $40, but their email says FedEx measured it as 27×27×13. I have three different dimensions and a $66 total charge for shipping when a customer pay $25
I’m trying to figure out how to dispute this because:
The FedEx app shows 27×26×13 (actual measurement).
I know it's only about a $7 difference but $7 is $
eBay billed me as 27×27×13, which is slightly higher thathandEx’s measurement.

Has anyone successfully disputed an overcharge like this? How should I proceed to get the correct adjustment without hassle?
