Overcharged for a shipping weight
I recently sold an item that weighed 5lbs or less and was informed through email yesterday that I underpaid because they say it weighed 31lbs and I owe them $51 which is more than I even sold the item for. I know it was no where near that amount and don’t want to lose out on my money AND pay them because someone in their system made a mistake somewhere. It said it may take up to 15 days to get results but they have already emailed me about charging me the $51 soon. I wanted to see if I need to do anything else. Thank you

Mentor5 months agoDid you stand in line to get an acceptance scan? If so, take a photo of the receipt. Look for an email or link in the notice you received, to see if you can send that photo to the carrier to dispute the charge.
