Mentor2 years agoIf this is a FedEx charge there is a known issue. EBay is working to fix it. The should contact you about any adjustments.

OP2 years agoeBay already adjust the rate which is slightly higher from the original but on the final statement is 3 times more. There is no eBay customer service contact. Only Q and A listing.

If so, try using the customer service link below.
The FedEx labels issue appeared to be resolved and eBay didn't need further action from an affected seller. But now, it appears that eBay does need you to contact eBay customer service. Be ready to provide the agent with the info below:
