I noticed an item you sold recently was listed with the large envelope for shipping. You cannot buy a label for a large envelope - there is no tracking, so no label. You pay for postage at the PO, or use stamps. Only use stamps if you know that the item qualifies. If you bought a label on eBay, it was upgraded to ground advantage.
If the issue is items you sold on the 4th, the holiday rates went into effect on the 5th, so you would pay more than those buyers were charged. This happens whenever rates go up.
Other than these situations, calculated shipping should be accurate as long as your input is accurate.
